Judge skeptical of Trump administration’s suit against Maryland judges, will rule by Labor Day

The Trump administration is suing all of Maryland's federal judges over an immigration order, a rare legal move that has drawn warnings from the judges themselves that it would “wreak unprecedented havoc on the judiciary.”
