Derick Almena was taken from the Lake County Superior Court in handcuffed after arraignment on Monday afternoon. He was arrested Monday in Upper Lake and charged with 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter for his alleged responsibility for the deadly Oakland Ghost Ship fire.
