Angels PR official who reportedly supplied Tyler Skaggs with drugs explains why he cooperated with DEA

Eric Kay, who reportedly told the DEA that he and Skaggs used drugs together, issued a statement on Sunday about why he was cooperating with authorities in the investigation.
