Lily O’Neill joined The Denver Post in 2022 to cover all things food in the Mile High City, whether that’s a new restaurant, a roundup of some of the top spots to visit around town or a glimpse at what’s making foodies drool these days in Denver. Before this, she was reporting on the restaurant industry, real estate market and startup world for BusinessDen and previously worked as an intern for 5280. She is a Kansas City native and a University of Missouri Journalism School graduate with a minor in Spanish, and has previously won an award for business reporting at the Kansas City Star.
