Matt Hubbard

Matt Hubbard joined The Baltimore Sun in 2024 as a reporter focused on education and and Harford County coverage. Matt covered both politics and education for the Cecil Whig where he spearheaded coverage of local government and its navigation of the Blueprint for Maryland's Future. Outside politics and education, Matt has an extensive background in reporting on development and public health. Matt is a 2022 graduate of Towson University where he was photo editor for The Towerlight.
