Max Levy is a breaking news reporter at The Denver Post. Before joining the Post in 2024, he wrote for Sentinel Colorado, based in Aurora, as well as the Loveland Reporter-Herald and the Holyoke Enterprise. Max fell in love with Colorado while studying journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder. When he's not on the breaking news desk, Max enjoys exploring Colorado's mountains and trails, and getting better at chess.

American Airlines Boeing 737 catches fire after landing at Denver airport; 12 people injured

The flight was headed to Dallas when it was diverted to Denver after the crew reported "engine vibrations."
