Olivia Petty

Olivia Petty, a Bay Area native-turned-San Diegan, is an undergraduate at Smith College, studying environmental policy and journalism. She is the editor-in-chief of her college’s independent newspaper, The Sophian, and previously worked as a communications intern for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Olivia, who has journalistic background in arts, music and feature writing, is interning with The San Diego Union-Tribune as a Community Guides reporter.
